After the launch of original Wii in 2006 followed by Xbox kinect, Wii failed to produce more third party games which were traditionally present in the gaming market and for the first time in 30 years, Nintendo posed its first ever financial loss. But with their new innovation, they are pretty sure to get positive response and make place in the heart of their loyal customers.

Wii U is a 6.2 inch touch screen gaming pad with the shell of a wireless dual analogue stick controller which you can also mount with your TV screens to enhance the pleasure. The best thing about it is that it eases the gaming portability with extraordinary graphics and you can even connect the external controller to enhance the gaming experience.  Likewise, built in gyroscopes and accelerometers also act as analogue control input, allowing the gamer to physically move the device to adjust their aims and orientations on the screen. It’s much lighter than it looks, WiiU’s weight is round about that of an iPad.

Nintendo president MR Satoru Iwata said during the question answer session that his ideology behind this gaming pad is that up till now all the gaming consoles used tv sets at home, however Wii U will be the first gaming console free from TV sets in which you can enjoy your gaming while someone else is watching TV or you yourself can watch TV while having an amazing gaming experience. He further added that they will launch new games which will only be compatible with this new gaming console to bless their gamers with unique experience.

Miiverse is the new innovation by Nintendo for their new console where the gamers can share their gaming experiences, discuss games and discover new content and best thing is that all of it is done online without any additional charges. The gamers can also get to know about the most played games of the month and what games are their friends currently playing. They can even ask questions about a difficult level of the games and explore new elements of their favorite games. Moreover gamers can even challenge their friends to play with them online.

The most anticipated game of 2012, Mass Effect 3 release date has been announced and that it is going to be available in March 2012. Sony has unveiled plans to launch a UMD Passport for its PS Vita console once it officially released. Gamers with large libraries of UMD games from previous PSP consoles will be able to sign up for access to the new UMD Passport. However you wont be able to simply port your game across to play on the new PS Vita device.

Once you have registered and received acceptance from Sony you will then need to download a free Registration UMD app that will then allow you to insert the UMD and link to a PSN account to register the title.
